Men Strangling Traffic Police in Angke Toll Road – A motorcyclist was furious to the point of pushing and strangling the neck of a police officer who would ticket him. The incident was recorded by a colleague from the police and viral on social media, one of which was posted on the Instagram account @westjurnalpalma.
From the 00.50 second video, a bespectacled man wearing a blue shirt cursed, pushing to strangle a Brigadier-level police officer.
The man was a driver of a Toyota Agya B 2340 SIH.
He was allegedly upset because he did not receive a ticket from the officer.
In the recording, the man continued to attack the officer who was going to write a ticket.
Got the attack, the police also had time to challenge the bespectacled man to hit him.
“Hit it, hit it,” the police said as heard in the video.

Meanwhile, a police colleague who is holding a cellphone threatens to record the action of the bespectacled man.

But it did not calm the driver’s emotions. He even threatened the police if he neutralized him.

When confirmed, Metro Jaya Police Public Relations Head, Commissioner Yusri Yunus explained, the incident occurred on Friday (07/02/2020) around 09.30 West Indonesia Time near the Angke 2 Toll Gate, West Jakarta.
Yusri explained, the driver of the Toyota Agya B 2340 SIH car was named Tohab Silaban.
“For the police named Bripka Rudy Rustam, member of the Sat PJR Dit Then the Jakarta Police,” Yusri told reporters on Friday (02/08/2020).
He explained, the incident began when Bripka Rudy and his colleague Brigadier Eko Budiarto were patrolling the toll road, seeing many motorists stopping at the shoulder of the road allegedly avoiding even odd rules considering it was still at around 9.30 WIB.
Officers also turn on the siren to ask motorists to walk.
However, at that time Tohab Silaban, who was driving a Toyota Agya B 2340 SIH, still refused to walk until officers were ticketed.
When Bripka Rudy was writing a ticket, the driver even got angry and attacked him.
“He immediately pushed, strangled and was asked to take off police clothes to be invited to fight, at the time of the incident Brigadier Eko Budiarto recorded it,” Yusri said.
The incident of the persecution, Bripka Rudy also has made a police report to the Tanjung Duren Police Station, West Jakarta.
